We received the lamp last week and have been using it for a few days now. Customer service even followed up to ask how we were liking it. They are really attentive. This is our first time leaving a review, so here is our honest take. The lamp works great, the quality is excellent, and the price is a steal. You just cannot find this kind of quality at this price locally. Honestly, it has been a perfect choice. All their lights look beautiful, so do not hesitate to buy. Our experience has been really good, and the customer service was professional and thoughtful throughout.
Just got both lamps put together. The tall one is going next to the sofa in the living room corner, and the other one fits right in the corner by my office bookcase. They look great where they are. Really like the lighting and the style is totally my taste. Super happy with them.

Nice lamp, but the shorter version felt a little small next to our oversized sofa. Moved it to the bedroom and it makes more sense there.
I like the lamp more from a few feet away than right up close. Once it's part of the room, the shape makes a lot more sense.
The taller one has enough presence for a bigger room without looking bulky. That balance was hard to find.
Have it on from when the sun goes down until we go to bed. Runs fine no issues.
Does the job and looks good doing it.
My only regret is not buying it sooner. The corner looked empty for way too long.
We got the little table lamp and oh man it's adorable. The light looks really good too. Super happy with it.
So when the lamp showed up I had to put the whole thing together myself. Not gonna lie it was actually super easy. For the wiring part I just hit up customer service and they sent me a guide right away. But here's the thing they really should have warned about the LED tube upfront. That part is super delicate. I ended up breaking mine by accident, oops. Customer service did send a replacement though no problem. After that I finally got it all set up and honestly it's exactly what I wanted. Pretty happy with it, but a heads up from the seller would've saved me some trouble.
I have no idea why this light isn't working. How can I resolve this?

Before we even ordered it, we hit up customer service to ask about the dimmable function. Now we've got it set up with a remote and honestly it's so nice. Super convenient. Really happy with it.
Box arrived and nothing was broken. With glass stuff you never know so that was a relief.
Put one in the living room and liked it so much got another for the bedroom.
The corner next to our couch has been empty for almost two years because I could never find a lamp that felt right, and now I'm kind of mad I didn't find this one sooner.
