I received three pendant lights. One was shattered. I asked for a replacement. Gabyberg is telling me they will only replace the shade. Gabyberg is telling me to dig through the shattered glass to see what components are salvageable! I requested a new fixture...and ENTIRE new fixture as I was not going to dig through shattered glass. They are not returning my emails or calls. AND the shipment took almost TWO months to receive!
