I contacted their customer service, and to be fair, they handled it properly once I reached out. They shipped the correct size without much delay. Installation went well, I just thought the shade was a shell vs paper. I guess I should have read the description more closely . there is also places on the fixture where the covering doesnāt quite fit the wire I need to get up there and work with it or glue it so you donāt see the edge
