The customer service team was really patient helping us customize the large canopy. Since it was 47 inches, it shipped separately and showed up a bit later than the lights. Big shout out to our designer for picking this fixture to elevate the space. Also, huge thanks to your support team for professionally handling every issue we came across. Really appreciate it. Thumbs up.
So our electrician had to chop off quite a bit of wire to get the height right because the cord was like 79 inches long. No big deal though. The lights look amazing and that's what really matters. Perfect.
I just love the way it shines when it's on. Looks so fresh and sparkly, like little drops of water. The crystal feels really nice too, good quality. Super happy with it.
These look great in our bathroom. Really fits the space well.
Excellent suggestion to improve the room's atmosphere. I'm really happy with my decision and how everything worked out. It has simultaneously given my room a more elegant, comfortable, and opulent appearance and feel. Their lighting is excellent, and placing a custom order was a really easy and expert process. The entire experience was flawless, really.
I love these pendants. They feel really well made and the crystal details are so pretty almost like jewelry for my home. Sure they give good light but honestly I just like looking at them. Hanging them at different heights was a great idea it looks way more interesting that way. And even when they are off during the day the crystals still catch the light and sparkle. I am really happy with them.
We ordered a custom rectangular canopy for our set of 20 pendant lights. The seller informed us it would take 4-5 days for the factory to produce the canopy before shipping. Due to the large size of our 31-inch package, the delivery took about 4 weeks. While we were initially concerned about the wait, the final result has been absolutely worth it. These beautiful lights have brought us so much joy and elevated our daily living experience. The perfect lighting was well worth the wait!
These lights are elegant and simple, exactly what we wanted! The design is so tasteful, and they add the perfect touch to our space. We absolutely love them
They look amazing! Great quality. Easy to install!
This is my favorite light in our house. Love!!!
So gorgeous! Beautiful detail! LOVE! I always get a gasp and a wow when people come over.
Beautiful
Well made light fixture!
We're thrilled with how these stylish pendant lights brighten up our remodeled kitchen. The sparkle adds such a nice touch!
Was astonished when it arrived. Easy to install and more beautiful in person. Very happy with this product and seller. Easy to clean and very thick glass. Worth every penny.
Looks great in our space.
One small part arrived scratched, but support arranged a replacement quickly and didn’t make the process difficult.
I’m glad we didn’t choose anything larger. These have enough presence without taking over the room.
For our breakfast area, this was exactly the kind of update I wanted. Simple but not boring.
I ended up purchasing ten lights with long canopies to place over my kitchen island in a cluster. The best choice everthey give the space the appearance of floating jewelry!
Beautiful and great quality
I was astonished by how reasonably priced this was, and I wasn't prepared for it to be of such high quality. It appears easy enough, but I haven't installed it yet.
Love the look of this pendant light in my breakfast nook!
Bulbs not included? What a hassle.
Really pretty lights!
After waiting a month to install these, we're disappointed to find the lighting effect isn't what we expected. The actual ambiance doesn't suit our space as hoped.
It appears elegant in the space and is highly contemporary. Stylish gold lamp holder.
Just moved into a new home and this was the first thing I wanted to update. They really upscale the dining area. Great quality especially for the price.
Easy to install! Looks really good over our kitchen sink. We've had a few people over who really liked the pendants.
While building our home, we chose to buy these light fixtures ourselves. Their impressive size and solid construction have us excited to see them installed!
What an amazing light fixture! The generous size exceeded my expectations and it hangs with such elegance.
Very stylish and adds a lot of character to my dining area. The light is soft and creates a cozy atmosphere. However, I found the installation instructions a bit confusing. Once it's up, it looks amazing.
Even more breathtaking in person, this high-quality pendant light was easy to install and now shines as the star of my living space!
We love how this fixture modernizes our kitchen space. It was a little challenging to install but now that it's up we couldn't be happier with how it looks.
Very pretty, especially at night when they are lit. Easy for my friend to install.
The canopy I received is rectangular, but my order was specifically for a custom round one. This is a pretty fundamental error on your end.
Good looking, fine workmanship. Simple atmosphere, great value for money.
Love the design! Hoping the seller might provide complimentary bulbs with future purchases.
Very nice and modern
Look great and can adjust length for different needs
