It is beautiful and easy to assemble. I had to assemble it carefully but it was very easy and fast. The tone of the wood is a little colder than I thought but it doesn't make much difference. The service was also excellent.

The pendant itself is fine, but my first location for it just didn't work. Sometimes the room matters more than the product, and moving it solved the problem for me.
Delivery lined up perfectly with our renovation schedule, which was a relief. The boxes sat in the garage for a few days and everything was still fine when we opened them.
We replaced some older fixtures that had been there since we moved in. I didn't realize how dated they made the kitchen feel until they were gone.
One thing I appreciate is how easy they are to wipe clean. Our old glass pendants always looked dusty or showed fingerprints, and these are much less annoying.

The finish is easy to keep clean, but I do notice dust underneath the shade if I forget about it for a while. Nothing a quick wipe can't fix.
