This doesn't feel like a mass-produced item; it feels like an heirloom. The frosted glass has no flaws, and the metalwork is impeccable. I'm so glad I didn't have to pay extra for installation because the process was so simple and well-guided. It gives me confidence that this piece will last for decades.
One glass piece arrived damaged, which was disappointing, but customer service responded quickly and arranged a replacement.
