The customer service team was really patient helping us customize the large canopy. Since it was 47 inches, it shipped separately and showed up a bit later than the lights. So our electrician had to chop off quite a bit of wire to get the height right because the cord was like 79 inches long. No big deal though. The lights look amazing and that's what really matters. Perfect.

I love these pendants. They feel really well made and the crystal details are so pretty almost like jewelry for my home. Sure they give good light but honestly I just like looking at them. Hanging them at different heights was a great idea it looks way more interesting that way. And even when they are off during the day the crystals still catch the light and sparkle. I am really happy with them.
We ordered a custom rectangular canopy for our set of 20 pendant lights. The seller informed us it would take 4-5 days for the factory to produce the canopy before shipping. Due to the large size of our 31-inch package, the delivery took about 4 weeks. While we were initially concerned about the wait, the final result has been absolutely worth it. These beautiful lights have brought us so much joy and elevated our daily living experience. The perfect lighting was well worth the wait!
